These terms apply to any subscription or payment made on RDR-IT for the Premium offer, whether through direct payment (Stripe) or through Ko-fi. By paying, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.

Offer
The Premium offer gives access, for the paid period, to the benefits described on the Premium page: ad-free site, Markdown export, early access to content, labs and extended quotas. These benefits may change; the publisher will endeavour not to reduce them during an already paid period.
Prices and duration
Prices are shown in euros. The amount paid determines the access duration (tiers shown on the Premium page, possibly with free months); the amount and duration shown at the time of payment prevail. The maximum amount of a payment is limited. A price change only applies to subsequent payments. VAT: TVA non applicable
Payment methods
Depending on the options enabled: one-off payment, prepayment of several periods, free amount, recurring subscription, or simple support without Premium access. Direct payment is made by bank card through Stripe; Ko-fi offers its own payment methods (including PayPal) and its own terms. A simple support payment is treated as a donation: it does not grant Premium access.
Subscription, renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at each period (monthly, six-monthly, yearly…) at the price of the chosen tier, until cancelled. A reminder e-mail is sent before each renewal (7 days before, 30 days for yearly or longer periods). You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your member area (“Manage my subscription”, Stripe portal): access remains active until the end of the period already paid and no further payment is taken. A Ko-fi subscription is managed from Ko-fi.
Activation of access
Premium access is attached to the RDR ID account matching the e-mail address entered at payment; it is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within moments. If a payment fails or is refunded, access may be suspended or withdrawn.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. As Premium access is digital content supplied immediately, you request immediate performance by ticking the box provided before payment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Without this box, direct payment is not possible.
Refunds and payment disputes
Except where required by law or in case of a billing error, payments are not refunded once access has been provided. In case of an error or double payment, contact the publisher: a refund ends the corresponding access. An abusive chargeback may lead to the account being suspended.
Payment providers and data
Direct payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), which receives your card data directly: the publisher neither sees nor stores it. The publisher keeps the e-mail address, amount, date, subscription status and Stripe customer ID, needed to manage your access and for accounting obligations. See also the legal notice.
Mediation and applicable law
For any complaint, first contact the publisher. If the dispute persists, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
Contact: via the contact page or the e-mail address given in the legal notice.
